Here we are again in China to teach our “Arcobaleno in Cucina”.

It was a real honor to return for 3 days of natural and vegan cooking classes and this time to teach in Beijing at the headquarters of the “Smeg Italia” a super location equipped with Italian appliances.

Three days of full immersion where students quickly learned technique and appreciated our research on Health through the quality of food and the various combinations.

Moreover, Marco Mazzini, our expert in Bioenergetic Nutrition according to Traditional Chinese Dietetics, gave lectures highlighting his study at 360 ° after years of study thanks to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
