some sea salt
85gr of Provamel natural soy milk
1 tablespoon of mustard in an organic tube
100gr of sunflowers or corn oil
a little bit of turmeric in organic powder
Making vegan mayonnaise and therefore without eggs is really simple!
In a tight and tall container pour the lemon juice, a little sea salt, the organic mustard.
Add a little bit of turmeric powder “Provamel” natural soy milk and sunflower or corn oil.Blend with immersion blender for a few minutes.
You will notice slowly that everything thickens.
I recommend using the natural soy drink of “Provamel” as it is a type of soy drink with a more protein part, imported to make sure that mayonnaise can thicken like the classic one.
If it goes ahead, keep it in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
